Our Story

Since 2019

We launched during Covid-19 when all restaurants were shut down and people could not simply enjoy a good meal. Our main aim was to boost our client service and win their trust, so we had to take several initiatives. Going through the health department and Covid-19 guidelines, getting the city and state help with food handling classes to be certified, getting a business license, catering with NSF equipment, and many more laid a great foundation for 3 Chefs catering.

With three decades of culinary expertise, the Chef holds certifications from renowned institutions in both Iran and Vienna.

Chef Farzad's journey began in a bustling household, where he, the eighth child, learned early on the joys of cooking amidst financial struggles. At the tender age of 10, he embarked on his culinary adventure, guided by his mother's wisdom. What began as a necessity soon blossomed into a passionate pursuit, shaping his formative years in middle school.

Determined to transcend his circumstances, Farzad delved into the realms of nutrition and bodybuilding training. His thirst for knowledge led him to pursue a formal education, enrolling in a prestigious chef's college in Iran. However, faced with adversity, he sought opportunities abroad, honing his craft in the culinary capitals of Vienna and Australia.

Throughout his travels, Farzad accumulated a wealth of experience in diverse cuisines and food businesses, drawing inspiration from his own trials and the support of his loved ones. While others struggled to find their footing, he found solace in imparting his culinary wisdom to his two daughters, nurturing their skills and fostering a love for cooking.

Harnessing his expertise, Farzad pioneered a novel approach to catering, eschewing traditional restaurants for a more personalized culinary experience. His innovation proved to be a resounding success, propelling him to mentor countless businesses towards prosperity.

Now, poised for his next venture, Farzad embarks on the creation of his own culinary empire, with his daughters by his side. As they prepare to launch "3 Chef's List," their shared vision stands as a testament to perseverance, passion, and the enduring power of family.
